At the platform, the customer can understand the benefits, limits, and conditions of all the health insurance plans that have been captured in over 150 standardized parameters.

SANA Insure is focused on delivering health insurance solutions, both online and offline. It has online API integration for health insurance products with 16 health and general insurers, and offline partnerships with 11 other insurers. 

A unique “Hinglish” interface is aimed at residents of tier two and three cities, where the usage of smartphones is growing rapidly.

The portal is further supported by an intelligent chat bot SANABot, which handles natural language queries as well as transactions. While responding to queries, it searches through a large knowledge base of over 1000 FAQs and answers that have been prepared by SANA.Insure’s experts. SANABot is accessible even through WhatsApp for the convenience of customers.

He also said that the company will not have separate commercial arrangements with insurance companies and recommend them ahead of others to their consumers.

The company is seeing strong interest on the group health insurance front, and has built innovative technology solutions to help employees of SME’s and corporates. “ The company is driving employee engagement with customized employee health portal that seamlessly provides all details about the employee’s health policy, E-Health card, etc.  Employees can engage 24X7 with relationship managers at SANA. Insure on the Chatbot (via WhatsApp) to resolve queries immediately. There is also an exclusive community wall for group chats on this portal.
