Deepa Nair, Co-Founder and Editor.

Deepa has been a communication professional for over 8 years. She has covered business and finance for the Hindu Business Line in Mumbai, reporting on banking, insurance, education, and healthcare. The business daily gave her the opportunity to break some of the biggest stories in the insurance sector. She has also worked as a communications consultant for Bajaj Allianz General Insurance in Pune.

Deepa regularly contributes to international magazines, including the China India Dialogue, writing on economic and cultural aspects related to India and China. A post graduate diploma in Social Media and Communications from Sophia Polytechnic,  she holds a specialisation in English Literature from Sophia college, Mumbai

She is a mother of two beautiful girls and loves to read in her free time.

Rashmi Pratap, Co-founder

Rashmi Pratap, Co-founder.

Rashmi is also the Co-founder and Editor of  30 stades.com  – a collection of stories that inspire and impact our lives. She has been a journalist for almost 19 years, mostly covering business and finance. 

She started her career with United News of India (UNI), Delhi, and subsequently worked in Mumbai with The Economic Times, Outlook Business, The Hindu Business Line and Business Today. She has reported on rural India, start-ups, IT, telecom, automobiles, real estate and stock markets besides writing on development issues.

A Post Graduate in Commerce from Delhi University, Rashmi holds a Diploma in Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law and Refugee Law. A mother of two, she loves to cook for family and friends and is also a driving enthusiast. The quiet mornings are when she turns poet, writing a verse a day in Hindi, the language of her heart, about any thought that nudges her to put pen to paper.

Her last role in the corporate set up was – Head of Corporate Communications, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance before she moved on to set up Dorr and handle independent communications related projects. Key expertise include strategic and senior leadership communication, driving research based content as well breaking down technical narratives into easy to consume stories.

Apart from the financial services domain, she is always exploring new ideas and creating content in the realm of visual communication, design, culture and lifestyle.
